Therapy is a powerful means of self-discovery and growth. I intend to meet you where you are in the midst of your journey and help you to figure out a path that's best for you. Whether your marriage is struggling and you feel disconnected from your partner, you believe your children are out of control, you are having a difficult time adjusting to a new addition to your family, or any issue in between, I am here to offer support. I have the knowledge and experience to educate you on principles of emotionally healthy living so that you can meet your goals of reconnecting and revitalizing relationships, reestablishing order in the home, and figuring out how to safeguard your relationship in the midst of adding a new addition to your family.
Services Available
I primarily work with couples (premarital, relationship issues, blended family, and parenting issues) and family systems. I am certified in perinatal mental health and am very passionate about providing prenatal and post-partum support for families navigating a multitude of often unexpected changes during the transition period of introducing new members into the family. I have also provided a wide range of mental health services including behavioral intervention with children and individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and have worked with offenders within the department of correction. Therapeutic and educational services are personalized to suit each individual's and every family's specific needs.
